We are going on a holiday...

Hoping you see this. And since you seem to be between Mumbai and Delhi - it would be good if we could meet, as I am Mumbai based.
I am working for a Dubai based TV channel called Fatafeat TV (www.fatafeat.com - translate into English through Google). Fatafeat is the only 24-hour food network in the Middle East.
Earlier this year, Fatafeat produced a 13-episode show on Goan food. We are currently in production for a show on Rices of India. I am looking for chefs to feature on this show, to demonstrate cooking for rice dishes.
I came across your blog and am very keen on exploring the idea of working with you for this show. What do you think?
